Bulan November lalu, Leo Ieiri telah merilis single ke-5 nya yaitu「太陽の女神」yang merupakan theme song sebuah drama. Perilisan single tersebut diikuti dengan diumumkannya tur ke-3 yang akan dilaksanakan mulai bulan Maret 2014. Sebelum tur tersebut berlangsung, telah diumumkan pula bahwa Leo akan merilis singlenya yang ke-6 yaitu「チョコレート」. Single ini dijadwalkan akan dirilis pada tanggal 29 Januari 2014, dan tersedia daam 3 versi. Berikut adalah cover dan detail single ini :

Setiap tahunnya, Japan Record selalu melaksanakan sebuah ajang penghargaan yang dikenal dengan nama "Japan Record Award", dan tahun ini adalah yang ke-55. Tahun lalu, Leo Ieiri telah memenangkan nominasi "Best New Artist" dalam 54th Japan Record Award. Pada tahun ini Leo kembali masuk dalam nominasi, namun tidak untuk artis terbaik seperti tahun lalu, melainkan masuk dalam nominasi lagu terbaik. Hari ini tanggal 6 November 2013, single ke-5 dari Leo Ieiri yaitu「太陽の女神」telah dirilis. Seperti telah diberitakan sebelumnya, lagu utama dalam single ini dipakai sebagai theme song untuk dorama「海の上の診療所」. Leo Ieiri akhirnya akan merilis single setelah sebelumnya pada bulan Juli merilis digital single ke-2, yakni 「君に届け」. Single yang merupakan rilisan ke-5 ini bernama「太陽の女神」atau "Taiyou no Megami", yang artinya Dewi Matahari. Lagu「太陽の女神」sendiri merupakan theme song untuk dorama berjudul「海の上の診療所」atau "Umi no Ue no Shinryousho". Taiyou no Megami akan dirilis pada tanggal 6 November 2013, sementara doramanya sendiri akan tayang perdana pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2013. Hari Sabtu tanggal 28 September 2013 lalu, Leo tampil dalam sebuah acara fashion/musik terbesar di Jepang yaitu Girls Award 2013 AUTUMN/WINTER yang dilaksanakan di Yoyogi National Stadium. Acara ini selain menampilkan penyanyi-penyanyi ternama seperti Leo Ieiri, Tomomi Itano, Kumi Koda dan lainnya juga menghadirkan model-model di Jepang yang berjumlah sekitar 120 orang. Leo yang tampil pada urutan kelima dalam acara ini menyanyikan lagu「サブリナ」dan「君に届け」. Selain itu, dalam acara ini Leo juga mengumumkan tracklist untuk single ke-5 yang akan dirilis pada tanggal 6 November 2013, yaitu「太陽の女神」.

Menyusul perilisan digital single sebelumnya, akhirnya Leo akan merilis single baru atau merupakan single ke-5. Single ini berjudul 太陽の女神 / Taiyou no Megami yang berarti "Dewi Matahari". Lagu utama dalam single ini akan menjadi theme song untuk dorama Fuji TV yang berjudul "Umi no Ue no Shinryousho" yang akan tayang perdana pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2013. Single ini sendiri akan dirilis pada tanggal 6 November 2013, dan tersedia dalam 3 versi yaitu regular edition, limited edition, dan regular edition + goodies. Tahun ini, Leo Ieiri kembali mengikuti salah satu event musik rutin di Jepang, yakni ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2013 (RIJF 2013). Acara ini diselenggarakan selama 3 hari, mulai dari 2 Agustus sampai dengan 4 Agustus 2013. Kali ini Leo berkesempatan untuk tampil di Lake Stage pada tanggal 3 Agustus 2013 membawakan 8 lagu :

Leo Ieiri akhirnya merilis digital single terbarunya setelah digital single sebelumnya yang dirilis bulan Oktober 2012 yaitu Say Goodbye. Lagu yang dirilis oleh Leo kali ini berjudul 君に届け (Kimi ni Todoke), yang dirilis pada tanggal 24 Juli 2013. Lagu ini sebelumnya telah dijadikan soundtrack untuk iklan TV "The Team" sejak bulan April 2013. Karna saking banyaknya permintaan agar lagu ini dirilis, akhirnya Kimi ni Todoke dirilis sebagai digital single. Digital single ini dirilis di situs-situs download musik di Jepang seperti iTunes, Recochoku, dan lainnya.

Berbarengan dengan perilisan digital single, juga diumumkan bahwa Leo akan menggelar live tour keduanya yang bertajuk "Leo Ieiri 2nd Live Tour ~Kimi ni Todoke~" .
